Kia has shown us what to expect of the next-generation Cee'd by unveiling the new Proceed concept at the Frankfurt auto show. The concept features a new design style for Kia and the addition of a new shooting brake to the Cee'd range.

The shooting brake has a steeply raked roofline and flared wheel arches. The sharkblade c-pillar makes the roof look like it's floating while chrome trims the windshield, rear and side windows. Sitting on six-spoke 20-inch alloy wheels, this concept is designed for a more sporty appearance. Kia states that the Proceed represents "extended hot hatch styling" and is partly influenced by the current Pro_cee'd hot hatch.

The design of the Kia Proceed Concept is Kia's way of introducing more performance-oriented vehicles, something the company plans to do more of in the future. Although the Proceed Concept likely won't reach America, we hope to get something similar one of these days.
